About the Center for Trauma-Responsive Practice Change (CTRPC):
The Center for Trauma-Responsive Practice Change is a nonprofit organization committed to promoting healing and growth in trauma-affected children, youth, and families. We provide statewide leadership in trauma-informed workforce development, supporting Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), early childhood systems, and cross-sector professional collaboration that advances social justice and well-being.
Position Overview:
The Engagement & Operations Coordinator supports both the community-facing and internal functions of the Center. This dynamic role includes recruitment and outreach for professional development initiatives, event planning, assistance with grant-funded project management, and essential nonprofit operations such as compliance tracking, board support, and systems management. The ideal candidate thrives in a mission-driven environment, is exceptionally organized, and brings a collaborative spirit to relationship-building and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach & Engagement
- Recruit professionals for Center Training events
- Build and sustain relationships with childcare centers and early childhood teachers
- Schedule and support consultations with childcare centers
- Maintain and update a cross-systems partner database
- Track and report on recruitment and engagement efforts
Training & Event Coordination
- Schedule and support planning meetings with trainers and partners
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events (venue, food, supplies)
- Create flyers and registration forms; manage registration using an event platform (e.g., Eventbrite, Zoom Events)
- Organize training materials and ensure smooth event execution
- Coordinate CEU tracking and dissemination
Nonprofit Operations & Administration
- Plan and schedule quarterly Board of Directors meetings and the annual Board retreat, including invitations, logistics, minutes, and materials preparation
- Manage the Center’s SharePoint system, ensuring file organization, version control, and accessibility
- Oversee content posting to the Center’s website, ensuring that all required documents and organizational information are publicly accessible and current
- Monitor and ensure compliance with nonprofit reporting requirements, including:
- NH Secretary of State filings
- NH Charitable Trusts annual reports
- Federal grant or nonprofit reporting (in coordination with fiscal sponsor or accounting team)
- Coordinate and send thank-you letters to funders and donors
- Provide project management support across grants, including tracking deliverables, supporting documentation, and internal coordination
- Maintain internal administrative systems, inboxes, and shared calendars
- Support financial tracking (e.g., compile receipts, prepare reimbursement and invoice documentation)
- Provide tech and scheduling support for internal meetings and external presentations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word), Zoom, SharePoint
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience planning and managing events or trainings
- Familiarity with nonprofit operations, grant management, and compliance tracking strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Experience in behavioral health, child development, or trauma-responsive practice a plus

- Approximately 5-12 hours per week at $35 per hour
